The final stage of this multi-cache is at the following coordinates:
N 42° 47.ABC' W 083° 42.DEF'
To find the final stage of this multi-cache, you will need to visit five local "establishments" and obtain information from them to calculate the coordinates of the final location.
The stages and questions to answer are listed below. Visiting these stages in the order listed will lead to a straightforward walk through the downtown Fenton area.
- N 42° 47.749' W 083° 42.270'
At these coordinates, you will see four stones with years carved into them. Add all sixteen digits together and subtract 10. (You should have a two-digit value.) This is AB.
- N 42° 47.557' W 083° 42.307'
At these coordinates, you will see a sign with two words and one number. Add the first two digits of the number together. This is C.
- N 42° 47.546' W 083° 42.306'
At these coordinates, you will see a Michigan Registered Historic Site marker. The marker has a registered local site number. Take the third digit of that number. This is D.
- N 42° 47.428' W 083° 42.160'
At these coordinates, you will see a permanent marquee for the establishment. Across the top of the marquee are four words. Count the number of "A"s in those four words. This is E.
- N 42° 47.601' W 083° 42.113'
At these coordinates, you will see a permanent sign. Take the second letter of the fourth word on the sign, and translate that letter into its ordinal position (A=1, B=2, etc.). This is F.
