The final location to the cache is located inside of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, so please make sure you are attempting this cache while the T-SPL is open. You will need a copy of the provided worksheet (you can print one out on your own, or the library has copies at the Reference Desk), then locate one of several copies of the book (a couple of them are held in reference so there will always be a copy in the library). The completed worksheet will give you the call number for the geocache.
