The Moruya Library is a great local resource. It doubles as a tourism visitor centre too. Ask the friendly librarians if there's anything you can't find. Also check out the rotating art exhibitions showcasing local artists. Once you find the cache find a quiet nook in the building to fill in the log book.
There are generally plenty of muggles about, but the searching you will be doing will fit right in and not be conspicuous.
