Mitama-no-yu(Onsen) is on a hill with an altitude of 370 meters, and if it is fine, the mountains of Southern Alps, the Mt. Yatsugatake mountain range, and the Kanto mountain land can be overlooked. Because water temperature is not so very high, you can take leisurely.
It is said that the blackish brown with the glassiness of the fountainhead is not that in which iron oxidized, but from the natural organics which began to melt from the plant of ancient times about 1 million years ago, which is the precious hot spring.
In addition, because the dish of the restaurant provided along is also rather delicious, it is my favorite that I go into a hot spring before noon and eat lunch.

キャッシュをみはらしの丘みたまの湯に設置しました。
みたまの湯は、標高370メートルの丘の上にあり、天気が良ければ南アルプス・八ヶ岳連峰・関東山地の山々を望むことができます。湯温はあまり高くないので、のんびりとつかることができます。
源泉の透明感のある茶褐色は鉄が酸化したものではなく、約100万年前の太古の植物から溶け出した天然有機物が含まれた貴重な温泉だそうです。
また、併設されている食事処の料理もなかなか美味しいので、昼前に温泉に入り、お昼ごはんを食べて帰るというのが私のお気に入りです。
