To Expediate the sign in process for this event, please bring a 3x5 note card signed with your caching name with you to the event and drop it into the box at GZ. This will be your attended log for the event. We will have extra 3x5 note cards and pens available for those who did not bring any. Just sign your name and drop a card in the box.
At 1:00 pm. SHARP you will hear a cowbell. Assemble at the listed coordinates immediately. If you haven't done so already, place one signed note card into the box for your log.
At 1:02 pm., the cowbell will sound again. Everyone will immediatley move to GZ and get into position for a picture.
At 1:03 pm., a photo or photos will be taken of the group.
From 1:04 to 1:15 pm., socialize, shake hands, do a dance, play hop-scotch, wave to everyone else in the park or do what ever you would like.
At 1:15 pm., we will have a WWFM XI Geocoin give-away. One note card will be drawn from the box and the cacher who's name is on that card will win the coin. Be sure you have dropped your card in the box at the beginning of the event to have a chance to win this geocoin!
At 1:16 pm. the cowbell will sound the final time and the event will end. All participants should leave the GZ area at this time.
