This cache is placed in an area that offers many reasons to add a couple of extra days to the long tedious Hwy 31 drive. There's year round fishing, birding in the Spring and hunting in the fall. History and geological buffs will be pleasantly surprised at what discoveries abound in the area. If Stars and star gazing is your passion, this is the spot to set up the telescope. The night skies are unbelievably clear. There are hiking and mountain bike opportunities also. If nothing else, it is a great place to relax and recharge batteries.
