Garden City (Stavanger Lutheran) Cemetery Traditional Cache

This should be a quick P&G for most. Cache is located adjacent to cemetery property. You will not have to enter the cemetery to get to the container. Feel free to explore the grounds but please be respectful of the property. Cache is winter-friendly, but I wouldn't advise driving onto the grounds in the winter as they are probably not maintained. There is enough room to safely pull off the road to sign the log.

Stavanger Lutheran Cemetery, NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22 in Concord Township, Hardin County, Iowa. It is also known as Garden City Cemetery.

This cemetery is located south of the black-topped hwy S27, just east of the town of Garden City, Iowa and the Rock Island Railroad tracks.  It is a relatively new cemetery in the county, dating back to 1905.
