荻窪駅は中央線が止まり、地下鉄丸ノ内線の駅でもあります。ラーメン以外は特に有名でも無いですが、便利な駅です。
下記の指示（ヒント）を従って、レターボックス・ジオキャッシュのハイブリッドを見つけ出して下さい。
お願いと注意事項
- レターボックシングはスタンプラリーの元祖の遊びで、スタンプを自分のノートに押して集めるゲームです。キャッシュに入っているスタンプは取り出さないで下さい！
- 一部は自転車を乗れないので、ご注意下さい。
- FTF, STF, TTFの賞品を用意しています。忘れないでお持ち帰り下さい！
次の指示に従って探して下さい！
- 荻窪駅の北口（東改札）からスタートして下さい。公開してある座標はこの出発点です。
- バス停と駅前ロータリーを面して下さい。改札口への下に降りる階段は後ろにあるはずです。
- 左に向き、ルミネとタウンセブンのビルの間を確認して下さい。
- そのビルの間に向かって、200歩ほどを歩いて下さい。トンネルを潜っているように感じますけど、実はビルの間の通路の下を通っています。この道の最後まで歩いたら、緑のマークの有名なコーヒー屋と黄色のダブルアーチで有名なハンバーガー屋があります。
- そこで右に向いて50歩ほど歩いて下さい。途中で、右側に「杉並公会堂 360m」と書いてある看板があります。50歩歩いたら、賑やかな道路にでます。
- この賑やかな道を左に曲がります。後ろには、道の真上に大きな看板があり、「Welcome to Our Street - ハクサンタウンズ」と書いてあります。その看板を背にして下さい。
- その道を230歩、歩いて下さい。着いた場所から電車が見えて、右側には神社の入り口があります。
- 神社の入り口には石の大きな鳥居があります。キャッシュはその鳥居の右側にある木の切り株の下に隠してあります。
Ogikubo Station is on the Chuo Line. It is also a terminal station for the Marunouchi Subway Line. It’s not known for much, except maybe for the ramen shops on the north side of the station.
Please follow the instructions below to get to the letterbox / geocache hybrid. Note that you will not be able to ride your bicycle during one part of your journey there.
A few requests and caveats
- This is a letterbox hybrid and the stamp must remain in the cache. Please don’t take the stamp home!
- Bicycles are not allowed in one part of the trip to the final coordinates.
- I have prepared FTF, STF, TTF prizes. Please don’t forget to take one home!
Please follow the following set of instructions!
- Start from Ogikubo Station’s North Exit as you come up from the East Gate. This is where the listed coordinates will place you.
- Face the bus stop and the rotary. Behind you will be the stairs going down to the station’s ticket gates.
- Turn left and head between the buildings of Lumine and Town Seven.
- Take about 200 steps. It will feel like you are going through a tunnel, although you are actually going under the walkway connecting the two buildings. By the end of the path, you will end up near a famous coffee shop with a green sign and a famous hamburger shop with the golden arches.
- Turn right and take about 50 steps. At about half way you should see a sign that says "Suginami Koukaidou 360m" on your right. By the end of the 50 steps, you will be in front of a crowded street with many storefronts.
- Turn left onto this busy street. Behind you should be a big sign above the street that says ‘Welcome to our street”)
- Take 230 steps on this busy street. When you stop you should be able to see trains passing by in front of you and, on the right, an entrance to a Shinto Shrine.
- By the shrine entrance, there is a big stone shrine gate (torii). The cache is hidden in the tree stump on the right side of the gate.
