Captain Jack: The Doctor Who Series Traditional Cache

This cache is located on the Vassar Farms property, a 527 acre plot right in Poughkeepsie.  The Vassar Farm property has miles of well marked and maintained trails that will take you through woods and fields, past ponds, streams and marshes.  You will be treated to a vast variety of wildlife from deer to beaver, turtles to a multitude of bird species.  We have been given permission to use this area for our game, treat it with respect and enjoy what it has to offer.

This cache is located along the Dark Blue trail.  Captain Jack Harkness is a renegade time agent who shows up from time to time to help the Doctor in his battles.  Although Captain Jack comes off as a confident, but aloof rebel, he is quite reliable.  He travels through time and space with the help of alien technology, but there is more to him than that.  He turns out to be almost immortal and survives death many times.  It is later suggested that he is "the face of Boe," an incredibly old being who is rumored to have been around since the dawn of time.
