I work in the oil field parts industry, and there is a part that goes on a wellhead that gave me this idea. I didn't want to use the material that is normally used, I made up a pretty good replica.
This location should always be clear access year round. I don’t think anyone would have any reason to disturb it. With a little age it will blend in nicely.
There are many different ways to find clues to what the camo is. Google map has a nice photo of the spot, you will just to “find the difference between the two pictures”. It will be easy to do that, so maybe don’t do it unless you have to.
The traffic is not real thick, just a moment and it will be clear.
When you think you have the camo figured out, remember it’s camo to hide the cache, just uncover it.
The cache is a couple of bottles with pencil, paper, and geocache notice. One bottle is for the log, the others is empty, if you want to place a item in it, please do.
Bonus: As with my first cache, I intend to place a lottery ticket in it from time to time.
