TIME: 10 A.M - 10:15 A.M.

HOW:  AN UMBRELLA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS EVENT!!!!

This is going to be a fun event, but we need as many cachers to participate in the flash mob as possible. Everyone needs to bring an umbrella of any kind and wear  a Geocaching shirt if you have it.  If you do not have one wear a bright colored shirt that is either yellow, blue, green or orange. You know the geocaching logo colors.   So here goes,  this is how the event is going to take place.   The flash mob will start promptly at 10am, so DO NOT  get to the posted coordinates before then.  The best thing to do is to hang around the area a few minutes before but look inconspicuos. I guess act like a muggle, it's best to not have cachers congregate.  At 9:57am proceed to the posted coords with your umbrella open and over your head.  At 10am a whistle will sound and you will get in line behind the person with the whistle and follow the leader clockwise around the lake which is an easy .5 mile paved walk.  Approximately 2.5 minutes in you will hear the whistle again, we will stop for 1 minute for a pose, any pose you would like crazy, serious, fun, whatever use your wonderful imaginations.  This is the time to practice your pose. Then when the whistle sounds we will start up the walk again.  At around the 10 minute mark or so, the whistle will sound and you will again do your pose for 1 minute, maybe 1.5 minutes.  At this time we will be near the more popular part of the park and are sure to have bystanders watching.  When you hear the whistle sound again end your pose and we will proceed back to the posted coords.  All this should take approximately 14 minutes. While we are walking and not posing,  your umbrella should be over your head.  This is necessary to create the desired flash mob effect and gets lots of bystanders watching.   The umbrellas are the funny part, because actually  how many of us really use our umbrellas.  Now if it does rain we will be prepared. If for some reason you can not do the walk there will be a reserved ramada near the posted coords  that you can sit and wait for everyone to return.  Everyone who attends the WWFM event on this day will be given a digital souvenir for their profile.   As soon as the walk ends we will take a group photo.

AFTER THE FLASH MOB:

At the nearby ramada, which is reserved you can come by and sign the log. The log will be available at the very end of the flash mob and will be available until 11 a.m.  At this time you can disperse or you can stay awhile and be served a frothy COLD ROOT BEER FLOAT!!!   There will also be bottled water available, both free of charge.  We have the ramada reserved until 2 p.m. for anyone that would like to stay longer.  There are about 15 caches to find in an easy 1.5 mile walk or drive around the Surprise Community Park with many others close by.  This should be a super fun event and I would love to see how crazy you guys can get in your poses, you might even want to start practicing now.
