Rock Monument Sign
The German Settlement was once owned by a German family who first settled here in Preston Co. If you adventure down the gravel road to the left of the sign after you find the cache, you will be able see the remains of an old chimney where it's now fenced off for horses, this is where their house use to be. A lot has changed here on this area of land from the history of what it once was since the changing of hands.
