I placed this cache as a challenge to follow a tough section of the E4 trail.
A group of 6 hikers from New Mexico attempted the E4 section starting in Alones and finishing in Kato Rodakino. We never made it ! We spent 3 or 4 hours searching for the markings on rocks without success except near the beginning of the trail in Alones and at this geocache location. We probably followed goat trails high up on the mountain which were not at all near the correct path. I would suggest following the E4 in the opposite direction following mostly a road from Rodakino. We really enjoyed the riot of color in the springtime flowers .Please let me know if you made the crossing successfully !
