Speaking of which, have you logged your "Will Attend" for GC4XNFC KNC Geocaching Extravaganza 2014? It should be an exciting and challenging afternoon!
Approximate timeline:
12:30 - 12:32 pm: Gather at published coordinates, no earlier! If you've arrived early, hang out, look at the landscape, do anything unrelated to the flash mob.
* 12:31 pm: Log book will open
12:33 - 12:35 pm: Apply first layer of tick repellant for upcoming Extravaganza
12:36 - 12:36 pm: Stretch legs, arms, etc. in preparation for all the caching to come this afternoon
12:37 - 12:37 pm: Check your batteries in your GPS, it could be a long afternoon!
12:38 - 12:38 pm: Time for the second layer of tick repellant, rumor has it the ticks have heard about the afternoon's activities
12:39 - 12:40 pm: ** Pass out the swag!! ** General milling about, more stretching, verify tick repellant
12:41 - 12:42 pm: Water break, can't stay hydrated enough for photos -- also time to put all hairs in the proper position
12:43 - 12:44 pm: Snap our WWFM XI group picture
* 12:44 pm: Log book will be closed by the owners, who will inconspicuously depart and go open the log book for the 1 PM event
12:45 pm: WWFM disperses, and more than likely the cachers will make a beeline over to the Geocaching Extravaganza!!
