PictoPuzzle Dangle Mystery Cache

This cache is not at the given location! The puzzle must first be solved to gain the actual cache coordinates!

This is my first puzzle cache so I hope it is easily accesible. After looking at many puzzle caches and not knowing what to do first I thought I would make a semi-doable one for many people to do! Plus the location was in much need of a cache, a PUZZLE CACHE! This puzzle will use pictures that connect to a number. 

The cache coordinates are in the following form:

Use the following to solve the cache:

Use the following pictures and clues to find the number for A,B,C, and D then add it into the above solution.

For A: What day of the month (#) did the below pictured man, Frank Sinatra, pass away?

For B: What are the last two digits of the year NASA first successfully accomplished docking the pictured spacecraft with another spacecraft in orbit?

For C: What day of March 1946 did this man, Nikolay Shvernik, become the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (President of the USSR) ?

For D: Find out the model name of this semi-truck (It is a number).
