The 'Couv? What's the 'Couv? Who calls it the 'Couv?
The starting points will put you on or about a large monument dedicated to the 'Couv. It even comes complete with lights! Write down the date the plaque was placed (both plaques should have the same date, correct me if I'm wrong). Now add 3 to the number of the month that the plaques were placed and use that number, X, here:

Now once you are at the final location, read the following directions VERY carefully:
Cache is NOT in plain view and it is NOT easily found by moving a log or leaf or some other vegetation.
When you are close, look for 2 trees that are closer together than any other group of trees. Approximately 5.5 feet away from one of the trees is the cache.
About 2 inches below the surface is two big rocks. Use these to determine if you are on top of the cache or not. Continue digging. Below these rocks is the cache. When you are done, please put the cache back, bury it, put the rocks back, and bury them.
And last but not least, Don't dig if people are around. We don't want them joining the fun too. Use the pictures to determine the exact cache location.
