Geocache Description:

A Flash Mob Event at Sydney Olympic Park, (Olympic Boulevard) Homebush Bay

This event is to allow geocachers and in particular those who are in town for the 2014 Rotary International Convention to come together for a quick meet & greet.
AGENDA
14:15 – 14:20
Participants casually position themselves at various locations within a short walk of GZ but not within sight of GZ !!!
14:20 - 14:30
Casually make your way towards GZ but as much as you can, act like a muggle, pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen STAY AWAY from the light tower (Number 6) until your GPS clock tells you it's 14:30 EXACTLY 14:30
Everyone arrives at GZ. Phetlern will be there with a container. As you arrive, you will be handed a square of paper. Participants are encouraged to sign the log sheets with your caching name (which will later become the log book - not compulsory). We do ask for your assistance by dropping the completed log sheet back in the cache box before you leave, so we can have a good idea on the numbers.
14:30 – 14:45
Mingle. Meet old friends and make new ones. Share stories. But be quick - there is not much time!
Participants assemble for the group photos.
14:45
IMMEDIATELY leave the area. The area is to be evacuated without a trace.
If everything runs to plan we will have had people coming out of nowhere and gathering for 15 minutes, holding a geocaching event and then disappearing.
For the Flash Mob to have its full effect, it must appear to come from nowhere and disappear just as quickly.
