#12 in the series is "Make New Friends". The Girl Scouts in our troop are very diverse. They range in ages, sizes, colors, culture, backgrounds, and interests. But despite their differences, they are all the best of friends! This particular letterbox was put together by two sisters who were raised in China until they started kindergarten. The stamp in the box is the Chinese symbol for friendship.
The letterbox has been placed with permission behind their family restaurant. If anyone asks what you are doing, let them know that you are "looking for the girls' geocache and Andy said it was OK". It won't take long to find this.
In letterboxing, you are supposed to use clues to help find the letterbox. If you have any questions about letterboxing and how it differs from geocaching, feel free to contact us. Letterboxing is a Brownie badge so we are trying to get more letterboxes in the area for local Brownies to find. Our clues will be simple so everyone can figure them out and the area Brownies can easily earn their badges.
Clue: Opposite of "over" , a place to keep tools that rhymes with "bed"
Good luck!
Do not remove stamp or ink pad from this letterbox. These are not swag. These are for stamping in letterboxing journals.
CONGRATULATIONS to Queen Fish and Man In The Wild on the FTF!
