Geocache Description:

Pssst. Come hither into this silent alleyway’s shadow. I’ve just cut me-self loose from prison and can’t be seen on the streets; there are watchful eyes everywhere.

Bend yer ear to me secret:

Arrr! The high seas were tossin’ and moanin’ the night me had me last sail and they nearly had me seein’ me supper again. Rackham, that worthless greasy spineless maggot husband o’ mine, and the rest o’ the crew were sleepin’ off a belly full o’ rum, those cowards tucked away in the hold, and me did me best to fight off the brutal attack.

But shiver me timbers!, the British sloop drew up beside us under the black skies for a broadside. The argosy took a severe beatin’, and while I fought me best with me sharp cutlass and loaded pistol, the scratchin’ scurvy slimy baboon o’ a King’s captain took us down hard and scuttled her fast.

A cold hungry night followed imprisoned in a damp cell before me made my escape; those smelly whales will burn upon me life. And this mornin’, I have me business cut out for me, Revenge! That bilge rat’s …

Avast ye!

The Kingston had assisted us in plunderin’ a number o’ vessels before she sunk and the booty in her hold had grown significantly. Hopefully the treasure washed ashore as the ship broke up and went down. But I fear if Davy Jones has the loot, I will have a scallywag o’ a fight on me hands one day to get it back.

Arrr, ye help locate the treasure me Matey and ye will be rewarded with a killer smiley and possibly pirate status if ye impress me. Savvy geobuckos? And be-warned me hearties, if ye are very lucky, ye might discover a doubloon nearby.

Here now, take this paper: these co-ordinates are for the landmass closest to that chumbucket pirate-hunter’s grisly attack. In coded language, o’ course , only bona fide sea-loving buccaneers will understand. Can’t let the location fall into the hands o’ those poor muggle blokes.

Make haste, find it before the British and catch up with me later near the backstreets. Mind the Pirate’s Code of Conduct and the Code of Geocachin’. Only ye can decide what is best left as law and what is best followed as guidelines.
