Geocache Description:

This Multi-Cache is intended as a family adventure and should take about 30 minutes to complete. The walk from the car parking area, around Ashby Ville Lake and back to the car park is about 1 Mile.

Ashby Ville Lake is the result of former iron-ore mining for the nearby steelworks. Mining ceased there many years ago and the area was filled with water creating this Lake, which has attracted all sorts of wildlife to it.

There are fishing pegs from which anglers can try their luck and people often take to the water on jet skis. The area is also popular with dog walkers and hopefully Geocachers.

The Final Coordinates are (N 53° 33.ABC W 000° 36.DEF) and can be worked out by walking the circular path around the Lake and matching the Items you find at each location. For example if you went to the coordinates for "Location A" and found the "Wooden Walkway" then you would replace the letter "A" with the number 5. Please note there are no physical Caches (e.g. clip top boxes) hidden at the item coordinates.
