August 2014 is being celebrated by geocachers around the world as the “The 7 Souvenirs of August”. Geocachers have the opportunity to earn seven unique cache-type souvenir (Explorer, Puzzler, Sightseer, Natural Lover, Socializer, Collector, Achiever) in this August!
To prepare for this epic challenge, let’s have a great start in August with an event cache. We could share our geocaching plans for the month, and discuss strategy on how to get the most souvenirs possible! And feel free to bring along your trackables for exchange and sharing!
New geocachers are also welcome. It would be a good opportunity to meet some new friends!
