A GEO Meet & Eat followed by a workshop on TUESDAY June 10. Meet at Macleans (Posted) as early as 5:45 PM. Bringing along trackables to be moved/discovered is encouraged, but if you take them, please make sure they get logged properly and not left in the event!
Tonight's workshop theme is... Local hazardous plants, insects, and animals! Geocaching is a fun hobby, as we all know, but none of us want to have blistering skin or lyme disease! Also, being able to recognize certain plants will hopefully stop you from hiding a geocache in the middle of a field of Poison Parsnip! The discussion tonight will be led by Bluelamb03, who has seen (but hopefully not felt) it all!
The workshop begins at 7:10 PM at SNC (Additional Waypoint) and goes until we reach a natural breaking point, usually a little after 9:00 PM.
