There was a time when Campbell's main business was agriculture and the title "Orchard City" meant something. There are still a few remaining leftovers from those days, including this place, where high school students from across the street can learn about farming and even raise chickens. The site has been in operation since 1933.
Because you'll be across the street from a high school, you'd be advised to avoid hours when the young muggles will be arriving or leaving: school holidays will be a lot easier.
You are looking for a hide-a-key and you don't have to leave the sidewalk or disturb the chickens.
