Geocache Description:

Ever seen "Cat's Eye" the Stephen King movie? This one is totally visible from below but you'll only get it one way....by going out on the ledge. You'll have to reach around the pillar to get it. When you're up there use the line on the wall (about eye level) to gauge where to grab. Have fun, DON'T FALL. This may not last but we will see.
