I named this cache after my beautiful girlfriend. She is the most wonderful person I know. Whenever I am with her I think I must be one of the happiest people on the planet! She is the one who got me into geocaching. We live quite a ways apart and don't get to see each other nearly enough so we decided to start geocaching together. It is something that we are able to do together and share with each other even when we are so far apart. We wanted to hide our first cache together, but it hasn't worked out yet so I decided to hide one and name it after her. I chose this spot because of its beautiful view. It is in a spot overlooking Lake Superior and a little known stretch of beach off the beaten path. I hope to take her to this spot some day soon and share a sunset as beautiful as looking into her eyes.
The cache itself should be easy to find as long as you follow the right path to get to the parking spot. A four wheel drive or all wheel drive is recommended. Take the School Forest road to the North off H-58 East of Grand Marais. You will cross the Sucker River and a little ways down turn right on Deer Ln. There is a sign. From there follow til nearing the coordinates and turn North onto the trail that will take you a short distance to a dead end at the lake. Cache isn't far from there. Enjoy the cache and the view.
