Tramp round Perry Wood (Goodbye Stranger) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Long Man: I have made two requests for this cache to be maintained and the listing is still disabled. I feel the owner has had sufficient time to carry out the required maintenance, but has failed to do so.

Because of this I'm archiving the cache.

Geocache Description:

Perry Wood is a truly unique spot with jutting mounds of sand and heath-land wildlife amid the rolling chalk of the Downs. Its position in the landscape with fantastic views to the coast and countryside means that it has a rich history. To get to this cache continue along the well marked footpath from (Hiding in my Shell) and then turn right when you reach a clearing and continue to follow the path until you reach a gate. The series is set up in order to encourage more people to visit the area. There is a bonus cache in the series for which you will need to write down some numbers contained in each cache. If you forget then it might be a bit of a walk in some cases to get the info you need, SO DON'T FORGET!! Enjoy the walk and if it is wet then bring wellies. Please replace the cache as found. Tweezers may be useful. Continue on through the gate and follow the path round to the left past some houses until you get to a road.
