Geocache Description:

This cache has been set up to encourage geocahers to visit a new open public area developed by the local council but funded by EU regeneration funds. The area commonly known as Bank Square has been redeveloped from a plot of derelict land to a lovely seating area with some very impressive artwork which includes a 4metre tall stainless steel Celtic dragon.
