Recently I was on the struggle-bus at a cache that I needed to continue a streak/challenge I am working on. Out of a magical mist EchelonOverlord appeared. Although he too struggled, eventually he made the find after I had written it up as missing. Somehow he had the right prescription to make the score.
I thought this worthy of a little cache in his name. Hopefully this reaches him in time. If not, well then it will just be another find that doesn't fit in.
