Congratulations to TheFranklin4 for FTF. This geocache is placed as part of Robbie Osborne’s Eagle Scout project, the goal of which is to beautify our historic Roswell. In addition to various enhancements throughout the historic district, Robbie raised funds to have all the historic markers renovated. These historic markers are an important part of this Geocache.
Please note: The waypoints provided to each historical site are based on the address of each site, NOT where the marker is actually located. The intention is for the cacher to visit the venue, not just the sign. The historical marker will be in the general vicinity, except the Mill, which will require you to explore a little bit more than the others. The goal is to enjoy our beautiful Roswell, the cache is an additional incentive. Take your time and have fun. To complete this multi-cache, you will need to visit all 10 markers, gather information from each one to determine the coordinates of the final cache. Please visit the Roswell Visitor’s Center on Roswell Square for a visitors guide. Please look online for hours of operation and directions.
