Climbing equipment probably isn't neccessary but don't blame me if you injure yourself, you search for this cache completely at your own risk!
This cache is at the side of a road, the road is usually fairly quiet and parking is available right alongside the cache.
You should be able to spot this cache from the road, getting to it maybe another thing though. You will need to take your own pen(cil) to sign the log.
