On my mountain bike I have to get off and push many sections of this single track as the grooves are too deep and narrow to pedal through, plus it is just too steep.
The views on the way up are well worth it. I usually sit on a boulder to take a break, take on some water and have a snack at the obvious clearing three quarters of the way up.
Once at the top, you are looking for one of my regular small containers.
