Clarinda Falls is named for Lady Clarinda Parkes (1813-1838), first wife of Sir Henry "father of federation" Parkes. Reading about Clarinda's life gives a bit of a taste of what life was like for a nineteenth century wife and mother. At least she had a waterfall named after her (and several motels). This cache is on the Victory (Victoria on some maps) Track, which was the first track we walked when we moved to Australia from England in 2006. The walk takes about 40 minutes from the trailhead (at a slow pace with young children) and is a clear path, although steep in places, with uneven steps. You are looking for an large sistema, happy caching!
You can read her obituary at the link.
