Revontulet -Aurora Borealis - näkyvät Lapissa usein komeissa väreissä leiskuen; kaikkialta maailmasta tullaan niitä ihailemaan mm. tänne Pallaksen kansallispuistoon ja Jerisjärven rantamille.
The Northern Lights -Aurora Borealis- can often be seen in Lapland (not in the summertime, it is too luminous, no nigth at all for two months). People from all over the world come to admire them, also here to Pallas National Park and to Lake Jeris.

Singaporelainen geokätköily-ystäväni on vuosien ajan haaveillut näkevänsä revontulet ja unelma toteutui viime syksynä (v 2013). Hän saapui Lappiin muutamaksi päiväksi, tänne Jerisjärven rannalle ja oli onnekas: kolmena yönä Lapin taivas soi hänelle revontulinäytelmän.
My geocaching friend from Singapore dreamed for many years of seeing the northern lights and finally the dream came true last fall (2013). She arrived to Lapland to Lake Jeris for few days and she was lucky: the Lappish sky showed her the Northern Lights three times.

Given coordinates take you to the parking lot, you'll find there the final coordinates to the cache.
Please, live your car to this big parking area and walk to the cache a few hundred meters away since the jar is in the vicinity of the cottages, and the adjoining parking lots are reserved for residents only.
Purkissa on logivihko ja kynä sekä pieni FTF-palkinto ensimmäiselle loggaajalle, siellä on myös tilaa kulkijoille.
In the cache there is a logbook and pen, and a small prize for the first logger, there is also space for TBs and geocoins.
Kun loggaat kätkön, olisi mukavaa, jos voisit kertoa samalla Kristabelqille käynnistäisi kätköllä ja elämyksistäsi Lapissa vaikkapa lyhyestikin, mielellään englanniksi, mutta suomeksikin käy.
When logging the cache it would be nice if you could even shortly tell Kristabelq of your visit to the cache and about your experiences in Lapland (preferably in English).
