ジョスコー線は、1950年から1978年まで長崎県佐世保市内の佐世保駅と赤崎貯油所を結んでいた米軍専用の引き込み線です。全長4.6km。「ジョスコー」は赤崎貯油所を管理していたJapan Oil Storage Co.の略称です。かっては旧日本海軍の貨物列車が走っていました。その後、前述のとおり米軍専用路線として運用されていました。
