This geocache is intended to help you to explore this question. To begin, you will need to solve this simple puzzle. Once you have solved the puzzle, you will have this cache's final coordinates.
But you should also study the selfie you find in the puzzle. You may wonder how this selfie was taken, or where, or why? And after reflecting on these questions, maybe you can answer the question, "But is it Art?". Or maybe, in this case, the question should be, "But is it Arf?"
So now go and find the cache. And when you get there, sign the log, and see what else you find in the cache container.
