Geocache Description:

Park n Grab.  Commuter lot.  Bring a Pen

Spotted this location when I needed to pull over for a phone call. Great view of the river below. Should be an easy grab. A few muggles may be nearby. Enjoy and be sure to bring a pen. Not a typical container. Small prize for FTF.
