Previously the unused dormitory of Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor, the Japanese-styled building at the intersection of Datong Road and Jincheng Road is now Children's Story Museum. Weekly activities of "Story Telling under the Tree", movies and other activities are held. Outside the building, the slides, wavy lawn, tree house and cat trail beneath the 100-year-old banyan tree are all children's favorites.
