Skylar's Story Traditional Cache

This cache is located just down the road from a maintained walking path in northwest Rochester off the road in a nearby subdivision. Parking space next to cache.

This is near to a very special spot to us. We originally placed this cache at a site on the hiking path, but found out it was too close to a final location, so we moved it just down the road a little way. This is near where we learned about Skylar, our daughter and son-in-law's baby girl to be. They gave us the coordinates to what they said was a new cache they placed and we went there hoping to get a first to find. That was not to be. Inside the container was a very special "message in a bottle," an ultrasound image of Skylar with a message of looking forward to meeting Grandma and Grandpa Haas around May 19th of 2014. The wait for Skylar culminated on May 24th. Grandpa Haas got home just in time for her birth, too, as he went to Geowoodstock near St. Louis. Being as slygirl21 and her husband are extremely preoccupied with Skylar these days, we are ultimately placing this cache in Skylar's honor. Hope you enjoy the find.
