This cache is one of fifty placed for the annual GeoTahoeSouth event that was held each June in South Lake Tahoe.
The event has now been retired.

Warning! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THIS CACHE FROM HIGHWAY 50. Parking along the roadside will get you a ticket.
The City of South Lake Tahoe owns and operates this airport. They no longer have commercial flights in and out of here do to noise restrictions. There is a small picnic area here you can use to take a break from caching. A full service restaurant, restrooms and city offices are located inside the main building.
Please park in the public airport lot and not on the street.
