Rocky Slope Traditional Cache

Best to be by during non-peak hours of the most busy street in this town, Texas Ave, go figure it has the name of the state where this city is located in. Coordinates should take one to location of where this slope may be a little rocky.

Rocky, slippery, when wet, and spikey if not careful. Careful when one may decide to search here and go for the reach for this cache because in a location that may be dark. Location of the cache is a knee bender for those that are not height challenged in many things.
