Named this cache after what I did on fabrication, and in no way has anything to do with the smile on the containers' face.

I do have pliers, it is just that the teeth seem to work better sometime.... just not this time.

You may be out in the open, and walkers will come around the corner pretty quick. Please, not a park and grab, road can be busy as well.
