This cache is part of my Hangin' Out Series. It isn't one of the traditional hanging caches you may be used to, but none the less, I decided to include it in this series.
Considering this area CAN and usually IS very busy with muggles, a massive amount of stealth is required. You may want to try really early, or really late in the day for this one.
