This cache is in one of the highest points in Metropolitan Melbourne, atop Mount Cooper, 137 metres above sea level. It offers an amazing view of Melbourne's skyline and the entire surrounding metropolitan area both during the day and at night.
The small hill is a volcanic vent dating to the Miocene period, first erupting 9.2 million years ago.
This is a multicache. The posted coordinates will take you to a plaque commemorating the opening of the A.H. Capp Scenic Drive, which will take you to the top of Mt Cooper for the final coordinates.

To find the cache, substitute the numbers on the plaque with the following coordinates:

The cache is a small Systema container painted black, and hidden with natural camo. Contains a logsheet and pencils, room for small swappables.
Scenic area near parking and even some nearby houses, so some stealth may be required. Watch out for those Muggles! When replacing the cache, please put it right out of sight.
Mount Cooper and the cache itself is accessible 24/7, however the plaque is in Bundoora Park which generally closes at Sunset.
For people who have found this cache before, the coordinates are exactly the same, however the hiding spot has changed as the previous spot was too exposed to Muggles, and the original cache was unfortunately stolen. Hopefully this new cache will survive!
