Geocache Description:

Greetings all Triad Area Geocachers!

I'm a California cacher coming to Winston-Salem to visit my son (who has a summer research internship at the Wakeforest IRM). I've attended lots of Meet & Greets for traveling geocachers who've visited us here in Silicon Valley, so I thought it would be fun meet some North Carolina geocachers while I'm there.

The Event is happening on Monday, July 21, 7:00 - 9:00pm at Foothills Brewing Co., 638 West Fourth St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Alternatively, look for GC1M881, which, I'm told, is right outside the front door.

It would be great to know approximately how many people are coming, so please mark "will attend" if you can make it. Foothills has been kind enough to reserve a separate room for us.  There's no charge, but we can only keep it if we spend at least $150.  If we expect fewer that 10-12 people, don't worry, we will still party! We'll just move the Event into the main part of the restaurant.

One other thing - If anyone has some time to show this California Girl their favorite area caches during the day on Monday, let me know!

I hope you join me, bring your TBs and stories to trade, and enjoy some dinner and/or a brew.  I just picked up a TB that wants to get to Alabama, so I'll definitely bring it to pass along!
