I remember this corner because in the flood of 2009, we boated from Avenue Road across paddocks to this area, a small island. Several families of foxes had taken refuge here and I saw them running down the fence.
If you are quiet enough and lucky enough you too may see the foxes.......if the farmers haven't seen them first!
