Geocache Description:

This cache is highlighting Torguson Park and various activities available -- Very easy to get to, but will require some stealth as this hide is near a very muggle friendly area (especially if its baseball season!)   Might need some help if vertically challenged...

The North Bend Block Party is an annual event celebrating all of the great activities in our little town, including Geocaching! This year to celebrate we are launching four caches on the date of this year's event (July 19th, 2014) -- and the focus will be on our numerous city parks!  If in town for the Block Party, stop by our tent and learn about Geocaching in the Snoqualmie Valley! Torguson Park is the city of North Bend’s principal active recreation park. This 17.3-acre facility consists of six ball fields, a soccer field, restrooms, an 8,100 square foot skateboard park, picnic facilities, bike racks, informal BMX dirt bike track, tot lot, climbing tower, and a parking lot for 190 vehicles. The fields are used from mid-May through Thanksgiving for league play, tournament play and sport camps. You are looking for a small blue colored bison.
