All caches are on public land and cannot be reached except by a human powered watercraft. Once winter arrives and the lake is solid ice, there will be other ways to reach our caches. Please leave the FTF for those participating in the event which starts on Thurs., July 17 at 10 am. All are welcome to join us!
The cache is close to an old trail and easy landing spot except for the barb wire. You may find boots and a TOTT 9 tweezers) useful as you search for this nano tied to a willow.
Ambitious paddlers can circle the lake for even more caches. Please note that the lake can get quite rough. Keep an eye on the weather. Due to the high water levels and beaver activity with many underwater logs, the caches will be hard to reach in motor boats.
