On Saturday July 26th 2014 the LanMonkeys will be celebrating their 500 straight day of going out and finding a geocache. Crazy right? We think so but we thought an event would be good for them. And because they wouldn't want it all about them the events logbook will be where you can write down you amazing achivements in geocaching. Yes even if this is almost your 100th find, your 10,000th finds, 100th DNF or your 1st FTF. This is for everyone. Oh us? We will complete our goal for the year just 5 days after this event with our 50th Earthcache of the year for a total of 200 Earthcaches or the fact we will finally do 7 icons in a day.
Where: The picnic Tables at Tynehead park main parking lot off of 96 ave (AT THE POSTED CORDS)
When: July 26th at 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Who: Every geocacher that wants to.
Other things: Maybe bring a chair or a picnic supper
For newer geocachers this will be a great chance to put some names to faces or ask questions. Most geocachers are willing to share their experience and help out newer geocachers.
