Should be a pretty easy find. I was on a bike ride with shane621 and I stopped as I passed by, thinking it might be a good spot for a cache. We went back and hid it together. Watch for mugglers, the intersection is pretty quiet usually, but they can sneak up on you.
Right off the road, it will be easy to get out and grab. It's a really shallow square container, mostly blue, only flat trade items will fit, I let a couple things there.
