Mr. Sam was not only a very smart man, but he was also down to earth. Every time he came into the stores, he talked to us all like normal, not like he was above us. I have a lot of respect for him, and for what he built. I was very fortunate to have met him a couple of years before he passed away. He was very hands on, until the very end.
